Join us at The Bull in the Secret Dining Room for our next Supper Club with ALTA, welcoming Robbie Jameson, Executive Chef of MAD Restaurant Group and the chef behind ALTA in Soho, to the Cotswolds for one night only.

Inspired by the food and drinking culture of Northern Spain, from Navarra to the Basque Country, ALTA celebrates cooking with fire at its heart. Their menu takes cues from the pintxos bars and convivial dining of San Sebastián and Bilbao, bringing together exceptional British produce with Spanish ingredients and flavours.

Different woods and charcoals are treated as ingredients in their own right, bringing layers of smoke, caramelisation and deep char to dishes across the menu.

The menu will feature some of ALTA’s favourite dishes, alongside a welcome drink, Basque 75, a mix of oak-aged vodka, txakoli, verjus, orange blossom, oloroso sherry, and blanco vermouth.
