Supper Club: Dinings SW3
Led by Executive Chef Masaki Sugisaki, Dinings SW3 blends traditional Japanese techniques with subtle European influences, creating an elegant style of dining rooted in seasonality and precision. Having trained from a young age in his family’s kaiseki restaurant in Japan before refining his craft in both Tokyo and London, Masaki brings a personal approach to his cooking with a strong focus on sustainably sourced seafood and minimal waste.
Dinings SW3 celebrates its 10th anniversary next year, and is one of London’s best loved Japanese restaurants, located in a picturesque mews in between Knightsbridge and Sloane Square.
For one night only, the menu will showcase a selection of signature dishes and seasonal specials using produce from our market garden. The menu will include dishes such as kombu cured Chalk stream trout with heritage tomato and wasabi oil, sake lee marinated Cornish chicken with yuzu sabayon, and in-house dry aged bluefin tuna served two ways, finishing with a Kyoto Uji matcha and white chocolate dessert.
