Join us in The Secret Garden Room for our next Supper Club with guest chef Sabrina Gidda.
Sabrina’s eclectic journey to the kitchen has been driven by dedication to her craft, unbounding ambition, and a love of working with food. She twice competed in the prestigious Roux Scholarship competition reaching the final six contestants nationally on both occasions the only woman to do so.
Sabrina continues to champion women in food, drink, and hospitality. Her debut book, Modern South Asian Kitchen, was published in March 2023.
