Supper Club: Italian Night with Jess Filbey

Jessica Filbey worked as a chef for six years at The River Cafe. Most recently, she spent three months cooking at Alice Waters’ Chez Panisse in California. Her culinary style, influenced by extensive travels around Italy, celebrates simple and beautiful seasonal produce.

Jess will be cooking with ingredients from our Market Garden at Bruern Farms to bring you a rustic Italian feast.
